Hey Everyone! I’m Nev Santana, the Founder & CEO of Nurtured. I started Nurtured last year, and I’ve decided to double down and go all in!

When I first launched Nurtured, it was with a simple but ambitious goal: to help B2B startups build smarter, faster, and more sustainably. Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible founders, operators, and companies, and the impact we’ve made together has been clear. Better revenue operations. Sharper go-to-market strategies. Stronger, more scalable growth foundations. And it’s shown me something: this is just the beginning.

Startups today don’t just need agencies, they need true partners. They need people who understand the trenches of building a business and who know how to translate high-level strategies into real, tactical results. At Nurtured, that’s exactly what we bring to the table: a RevOps-first approach to growth, modern outbound strategies that open real conversations (not just cold emails), and systems that help startups scale without the chaos. I’m all in because I believe the next generation of startups deserves better systems, better support, and better outcomes.

Over the next few months, I’m excited to roll out expanded services like more RevOps support, full-funnel GTM programs, and deeper outbound campaigns. I’ll also be sharing new resources, playbooks, frameworks, and tools built specifically for early-stage and growth-stage founders, and creating more ways for startup operators and founders to connect, share, and grow together.
